Data controller

The data controller is ASD Comacchiese 2015, the club organising the Comacchio Champions Cup, based in Comacchio (FE), Italy. For any request about personal data, write to info@comacchiochampionscup.com.

What data we process

The registration form collects the club name, city and country, contact person, email, phone, number of teams, accommodation needs and any notes. The form does not store anything on the website: it prepares a message that is sent from your own email program to the organisers.
The website publishes photos taken during the tournament, which may show players, staff and spectators.

Why we process it

Form data is used to reply to the participation request, send the official invitation and organise registration, accommodation and schedule. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Photos are published to document and promote the tournament, based on consent collected through the participating clubs.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as needed to manage the tournament edition and related obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless required by law.

Who we share it with

Data is never published or sold. It may be shared with partners involved in the organisation (for example for accommodation and transport) only as far as necessary, and with the Football Federation when required by the tournament rules.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use profiling or advertising cookies. Only if you give consent in the notice does it load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for aggregate visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) lasting up to 2 years; data is kept for no more than 14 months and may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): without consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of the page. Only your choice is stored in your browser, so you are not asked again. Links to external websites, such as restaurants and sponsors, lead to pages with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing at any time. You can also ask for removal of a photo showing you or a minor you are responsible for. Write to info@comacchiochampionscup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
